30 hours per week,
39 weeks, which includes INSET days.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Teaching Assistant in our Key Stage 1 class.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in education whilst gaining a recognised qualification.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an apprentice who is passionate about working with young children and eager to develop their skills in an educational setting. This full-time apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on classroom experience whilst you undertake your training at college. You will work alongside experienced teachers in our Key Stage 1 class (ages 5-7), gaining valuable practical experience whilst building your professional knowledge.
What We Require
To apply for this apprenticeship, you must have:
• GCSE English Language at Grade C/4 or above
• GCSE Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above These qualifications are essential requirements for entry onto the apprenticeship programme.
What You Will Do
As our Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will work under the guidance of qualified teachers to support children's learning and development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual children and small groups, helping to prepare engaging learning resources, and contributing to a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
Your Training
As part of this apprenticeship, you will attend college (of your choosing) on a regular basis to complete your qualification. We will fully support your training journey, providing you with dedicated time for coursework and assignments. The apprenticeship will run for the full duration of the training programme, ensuring you are thoroughly prepared for a rewarding career in education.

Lunchtime 1:1 Play Leader
We require a dedicated and motivated Lunchtime 1:1 Play Leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 child with an EHCP at lunchtimes including in the dining hall and with social interactions and activities
- Be a positive role model
- Promote the highest standards of behaviour in line with school policy
- Operate effectively within a team
- Have a calm and confident manner
- Have good communication skills
- Have a desire to help children become successful
You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and hard-working team.
